陈瑞琪先生，一九四八年出生于香港，广东省江门市人。历任广东省江门市荷塘镇委副书记，江门市林业经济发展总公司、吉林省合裕金矿业有限公司、广东大粤新能源科技股份有限公司、合裕投资有限公司总经理、副总经理等职务。

陈瑞琪从小酷爱书法、美术，视艺术为生命。他早年与中国著名书画大师孔昭金、“中华一指”张国钧等著名书画家一起切磋艺术，受益匪浅，后被孔昭金大师破格收为关门弟子。
