王永春，字湘鲁，号竹青。1957年生于竹海之乡，湖南省耒阳县上堡。现为中国国宾礼艺术家，中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会古今翰墨书画院副院长。山东画院画师，国际美术家联合会会员，中国国画家协会理事，中国楹联学会会员，中国书画家联谊会会员，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、特聘书画家，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会理事会理事，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会副主席，中国企业报道艺术资本第二届理事会副主席。

人们常说儿时的记忆最为深刻，学童时期，满目所见皆为竹，毛竹，斑竹，罗汉竹，龙孙……使他自幼对竹子产生了深刻的印象与美感，养成了他天性爱竹的癖好。成年后更加爱竹，更有“未曾出土便有节，纵使凌云仍虚心”的高尚品性，他由爱竹、种竹、敬竹而画竹。永春先生画竹前师古人，七十年代后得著名书画家魏启后先生指授，同年师从著名花鸟画家崔辉先生，为其入室弟子，主攻写意花鸟，靠自学入手，尤以墨竹见长。2019年9月27日，拜著名书法家权希军为师。永春先生推崇青藤、八大山人、文同、郑板桥、吴昌硕、齐白石等诸名家画法，他潜心研习名家名作，数十年如一日，勤奋学习，孜孜不倦，研习其画理之精髓，永春为深研竹之机理，他在院中种植了十几种竹子及花木。长期观摩，昼看竹的风姿，月色观其竹影，为今后创作打下深厚的积累与沉淀。永春主张尊重传统，倡导吸古纳新，集诸家精华，博采慎取。先生所作竹之画，成竹在胸，挥洒自如，疏密有致，构图严谨，师法自然，他作的四季竹，如风竹，晴竹，雨竹，露竹等……各有不同，皆显灵性，先生他创作的雪竹，更为显著，其作品一出手，颇有大家风范，又突显了竹子抗严寒，傲风雪，坚强不屈，宁折不弯的高雅气节。另有他创作的《墨竹国宝图》，当我看到此画时，使我感到惊喜和震撼。他将山水、花鸟、动物相融合，由此可见，其作品雅而不俗，风神潇洒，栩栩如生，仿佛把我们带入身临其境之感，引导着人们对自然的美好向往，激发出无限空间的联想，去感悟自然，回归于自然，充满对自然的美好回忆。
Peopleoftensaythatchildhoodmemoriesarethemostprofound．Whenhewasaschoolboy，hesawbamboo，Phyllostachyspubescens，bamboos，Lohanbamboos，andLongsuneverywhere．．．whichmadehimhaveadeepimpressionandaestheticfeelingonbamboosincechildhood，anddevelopedhishobbyoflovingbambooinotherdays．Asanadult，helovesbamboomoreandhasthenoblecharacterof＂neverunearthed，eventhoughLingyunisstillopen－minded＂．Hepaintedbamboobyloving，plantingandrespectingbamboo．Mr．Yongchunstudiedwiththeancientsbeforepaintingbamboo．After1970s，hewasinstructedbythefamouspainterWeiQihou．Inthesameyear，hestudiedwiththefamousflowerandbirdpainterMr．CuiHuiashisdisciple，focusingonfreehandflowersandbirds，startingwithself－study，especiallyinkandbamboo．OnSeptember27，2019，IworshippedthefamouscalligrapherQuanXijunasmyteacher．Mr．YongchunhighlyvaluesfamouspaintingssuchasQingteng，Badashanren，Wentong，ZhengBanqiao，WuChangshuo，QiBaishi，etc．Hedevotedhimselftostudyingfamouspaintings．Hestudieddiligentlyandtirelesslyfordecades，studyingtheessenceofhispaintingtheory．Yongchunisthemechanismofdeepbambooresearch，andheplantedmorethantenkindsofbamboosandflowersandtreesinthecourtyard．Long－termobservation，lookingatthecharmofbamboointheday，andlookingatitsshadowinthemoonlightwilllayadeepaccumulationandprecipitationforfuturecreation．Yongchunadvocatesrespectingtradition，advocatingabsorbingancientandnewideas，collectingtheessenceofvariousfamilies，andtakingadvantageofotherscarefully．Mr．Zhang＇sbamboopaintingsarewell－conceived，free－flowing，denseandwell－organized，andhiscompositionisrigorous．Hisfour－seasonbamboos，suchaswindbamboo，sunnybamboo，rainbamboo，dewbamboo，etc．，aredifferentandmanifest．Mr．Zhang＇ssnowbambooismoreremarkable．Hisworksarequitepopular，andtheyalsohighlightthebamboo＇sresistancetocoldandprideinwindandsnowInaddition，hecreatedtheNationalTreasureMapofMozhu，whichsurprisedandshockedmewhenIsawit．Hecombineslandscapes，flowers，birdsandanimals，thusitcanbeseenthathisworksareelegant，elegant，charmingandlifelike，whichseemstobringusintothefeelingofbeingthere，guidepeople＇sbeautifulyearningfornature，inspiretheassociationofinfinitespace，feelnature，returntonature，andbefullofbeautifulmemoriesofnature．

他的部分作品曾在美、日、法、韩、泰等国家以及我国港、澳、台地区展出，多次参加国内外大展，被国内外名家及友人收藏。作品分别在《美中时报》《中国书画家报》《民族画报》《市场观察》《书法报》书画天地及省、市报刊发表。2001年10月，在法国巴黎文化艺术中心举行的第六届国际书画作品展上荣获“金奖”。2001年作品已通过国际美术家联合会ISQ9001A资质认证和ISC2000艺术品价值评定，并获得著名＂中国画艺术家＂称号。2002年在中日文化艺术交流活动中，被授予二十世纪中日书画《名匠勋章》及证书。2004年，作品入选《中国书画名家作品博览电视专题片》。作品及传略分别编入《世界当代著名书画家真迹博览大典》《二十世纪中日书画名匠集》《山东书画家名录》等十几部大型辞书。

2017年10月31日参加由中国艺术报社、中国企业文化促进会、企业家日报社、中企报盟信息科学研究院共同在中国文联文艺家之家展览馆举办的“庆祝十九大不忘初心跟党走”企业优秀书画作品展活动并颁发入展证书。2019年9月26日，书法作品入展由中国文联国内联络部、中国美术家协会和中国书法家协会指导，中国文联美术艺术中心、中国文联书法艺术中心、中国书画家联谊会、中国楹联学会和中国工笔画学会联合主办，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会承办的“我爱你，祖国”——庆祝新中国成立70周年第二届新文艺群体书画家优秀作品展，在中国文联文艺家之家展览馆举办，并颁发入展荣誉证书！2020年7月被书法报书画天地评为“人民心中的大师”。2020年10月被评为国家高级美术师职称。2020年出版＆lt；＆lt；盛世中华传世名家＆gt；＆gt；王永春作品精选。
